Baby Honey is a girl but a woman, too.
She is confused sometimes what to do.
She loves her daddy when he comes by.
Her mother comes; She has a sweet sigh.
She has a secret that only she knows.
It follows her around whether she goes.
She likes praise and craves attention.
Another time out and shes in detention.
She knows that she must learn something.
But all of her thinking comes to nothing.
She exists in some other creative reality.
One that alters her broken personality.
In her past something went terribly wrong.
When she sings pretty she brings us along.
Her guardian angels know her secret, too.
When she is alone sometimes she is blue.
In a vortex of this world and another
She floats until maybe she will discover
Which world she will choose to inhabit.
Alice has gone back to chasing rabbits. |

What does it mean to you?
What I mean to say is I think we should live and let live, but in our personal reality I don't think we should be forced to tolerate someone who is actually in our face and trying to tell us how to live our lives.
But I do believe we can allow people to be who they are and believe what they believe and worship the way they want to as long as they are not harming us or harming innocents.
What does that mean to me.
What I mean to say is I think we should live and let live, but in our personal reality I don't think we should be forced to tolerate someone who is actually in our face and trying to tell us how to live our lives.
I have mixed feelings on this because of my personal nonconformist beliefs. Altruistically it makes sense. But if another is right and I am wrong even though it might take me longer to figure out that they are right and I am wrong then I should mull what they said over until I come to the same conclusion that they did. I do better with suggestions than ultimatums. Let us reason together if we have that option otherwise it might be detrimental to my education. Curiosity killed the cat but satisfaction brought him back.
But I do believe we can allow people to be who they are and believe what they believe and worship the way they want to as long as they are not harming us or harming innocents.
I especially liked what you said here. If a doctor determines a certain thing and the state backs him up then it behooves me to follow his/her ruling. It really doesn't matter what I believe because it is liability versus belief. I personally believe in licensed doctors rather witch doctors but that is because I have had more experience with licensed doctors than witch doctors. I am not trying to dis any witch doctors. To harm another would be the last thing I would want to do because it goes against my core principles especially innocents who under my care. |

Oh, it was fun. We got to dress up one of our male residents in a dress. I was amazed by how men came dressed as women to the nursing home. I think we have some serious cross dressers that came with their kids. It was a blast. We were laughing because some of residents chose to eat the candy they were supposed to give to kids. The kids wore the old folks out because we didn't have any trouble getting into beds after the festivities were over. It is about the favorite holiday we have at the nursing home. The old folks love all the attention from the kids coming to see them. It was a night to remember. |

Good morning, friends. Just getting off working a double shift. The old folks had a great time giving out candy to the neighborhood and most of the aides brought in their kids to get candy. One of our nurses dressed like a playboy bunny. One of the residents still wants us to take down the bats hanging from the ceiling. I told her that they weren't mine bats to take down. Hopefully, someone will take the bats, today. |

Herman Munster. I just loved his car. A werewolf for a son; Little Eddie was darling. A bat for a father-in-law. But especially Yvonne De Carlo for a wife. Hmmm, what were talking about? |

Got to work a double tonight. The DON said she hated to ask me; We are just so shorthanded. Looks like I will be doing my trick or treating at work. We have the nursing home decorated for Halloween. One of the residents asked me what those black things hanging from the ceiling were. I told her that they were bats. I know I will have to explain to some of the residents that they will have to hand out the candy instead of eating it. Trick or treating can be fun at the nursing home. |

| Hi, JT. I was checking out that Arkansas/Mississippi football game and they call it the Nut Bowl. It that time of the year when you don't know whether to wear a coat or sweater or even just shirt sleeves. |

| Alanon is a wonderful program. While my wife then at the time and me were to show up for a counseling session for my son the counselor told my wife and me that we were codependent. She gave us a book on codependency but neither us read it. The counselor got to hear my son and wife talk. I sat there during the meeting not interrupting my wife and son while the counselor was talking to them. My wife and son were outspoken people but I have always been introverted. But later after the counselor had talked to my wife and son the counselor and me had a great session. I got to share with the counselor some of the things I had learned in A. A. I found out that the counselor was in A. A. and had a number of years in the program. My wife even attended an Alanon meeting later because she had noticed that we seem to get along better after I had a meeting. There were many times she got so frustrated with me that she told me that I needed a meeting. Of course, I was the one with the problem. Later, we got a divorce and so far that has cured the problem. |
