Purple.... if you have a bath... just soak in baking soda...you are bruised from the shock of the accident and afer the adrenalin leaves your body you will feel the bruises...then the change from the drugs wearing off makes everything feel even more achy....
if you go out anywhere...try to find some arnica..it's for shock and trauma.
just follow the instructions...it's pretty safe.
keep drinking lots of water... |

military? abusive parents/ anyone...and if that's the case ...isn't that injustice enough to enlighten them just a little to the damage , that perpetuating the cycle feeds?? |
