Cheers to our soldiers

Father I lift up our Soldiers to You and I ask that You keep them in the palm of Your hand and under the shadow of Your wings. Pour out Your presence upon them and open up the hearts of those Soldiers who do not have a personal relationship with You. Send a Chaplin or a fellow Christian Soldier accross their path to be a testimony for You. Father give them wisdom, knowledge, and understanding in every circumstance they encounter. Father go before them into each battle they encounter and protect them and give them the victory. Be their shield Dear Lord! Be their eyes and their ears Precious Savior! Be their hands and their feet! Put a hedge of protection around them. Encamp Your angels about them. Father minister to their hearts! I plead the blood over them! Heal hearts Lord! Bring forgiveness where forgiveness is needed! Healing where healing is needed! Deliverance where deliverance is needed! Salvation where salvation is needed! Father wrap Your loving arms around them. Let them feel Your love right now! Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Thank You LORD for our Soldiers...OUR HEROES! Keep them safe! Father for those Soliders who have been taken captive...give them strength and courage. Come quickly to their aid Lord!!! Release them from the enemy! I pray for the families of the Soldiers. Comfort them Father God. You are near to the broken-hearted Dear Lord. Touch their hearts right now! Bring forgiveness and peace. Bring also Salvation where it is needed. Remove any anger and replace it with love. I lift up those working for You Lord....Chaplins, Ministers, Salvation Army, etc. Keep them safe. Let their light shine brightly for You. Guide them in all they say and do for Your Glory! In Jesus Name I ask these things....AMEN!!!

Wearing Pins

It is safe to wear a politician's pin
on our lapel
to identify who we align ourselves with.
Discussion can become,
even volatile.
Do not practice your anger.
Road rage kills.
Point your finger,
Do not poke said demeanor
or in fun, pounding
your thought into
someone else's frame,
space
It is safer to be political
than to wear "the armor"
it is a pin,
a finger that points outward
poking into our pride, the soul's space,
a cross holding irrefutable character

Yes, your love runs deep T; keep on loving

You know what dude, Why are you writing and bragging about how your an ex-specops. A real specops never seeks prasie for the the job he volunteered for! Not even specops soldiers from other countries! It's very hard to believe, that the with value that is placed on a specops soldier no matter what branch, that you would be kicked to the curb!

There is so much injustice in the world today and that in and out of the military. I'm workin to get out and all i need is the Col. to sign my leave form but he's takin his sweet arse time doin so even though i have a week or less until my leave starts. Not only that but i found out my mom tried to kill herself over the weekend and that doesnt seem to matter to anyone but me..why is it that we say yes we will defend this country yet we get treated like dirt after a few mistakes?

After thinking about it last night, I apologize for bringing a negative vibe to your thread.

I am a Veteran, I support and love our Troops! Thank you for giving them the credit they deserve!

I pray that Zannes son continues to remain safe.

Wow. You people are really something. I just joined a couple days ago and I already love this site. My son just came home safely from Iraq last Saturday. I'am one happy, proud dad.

Personally I think play on words is very funny humor but dropping the F-bomb all the time is boreing, rude, and seems to say the user has a very limited vocabulary. What makes me crazy is it is usually people who actually have very good vocabulary's but are just too aggressive to bother useing them around the mere mortals they think they communicate with.
