I would be attracted to Mystery. But a few of his outfits go into what I call full blown Pimp mode. Um, no thanks. That just sets off negative connotations.

As for helping nerds and geek come out of their shells, it isn't so bad. But ultimately, I felt like he was teaching them to pick up girls for the 'hook-up' not for anything more meaningful.

And yes, I watched the entire first season , so it isn't like I just saw an episode and jumped to conclusions.

And what is this business with 'wingmen'. Pretentious much. Even thought I find Mystery to be attractive, his attitude would be a total turn off.

Not being able to find a halfway decent parking spot near my building. By now, it shouldn't be too bad. Monday night and all. I'm gonna try and get a closer spot for the morning.

Yes. Personally, I think voting is important enough that I would. I don't like the fact that the popular vote doesn't really mean much.

But I agree with the sentiment that if you don't go out there and vote, you don't have the right to complain afterwards.

I just want to remind people of a very famous newspaper headline. Don't assume anything until it is all OVER. Don't jump the gun on this one.

My best friend gets that number on his business phone's caller ID all the time. I answered it once and it was AT&T.

Hm, my phone IS AT&T. But when they call, it usually had an actual number.

The other number that keeps calling today has a "this number has been disconnected or is no longer in service" message when I call it back. Yet it keeps ringing me. Neat trick that.

Wondering if this is pre-election day harassment?

AT this point, if you have made up your mind, watching those things only annoy and aggravate. The circus has lasted too long and overstayed it's welcome. I just want it over and done with.

Gonna drive straight home after work to get a good parking spot and then walk to the poll location. It is 4 blocks away. I'm taking a book. Won't have to worry.

Topic: How can I be so wide awake...... Mon 11/03/08 04:19 AM
when 1: I went to bed 2 hours late.

2. I woke up 3 times in the first hour.

3. I woke up about ever 45 minutes after that either from bothersome cats or from noises outside.

4. I'm only had about 3.5 hours of sleep. And I've whittled away 45 minutes of the 1.5 hours I had left to sleep.

Yes, it was oddly accurate. Although I question number one. Admittedly, it was someone I had some unresolved issues with. I could hardly be in love with someone who jerked me around so badly two and a half years ago. Only reason his name popped into my head was because I saw him for the first time in well over a year just the other day. He was walking down the street as I was heading to a friends in the next town over.

Don't take it personally dude. Most people either find it easier to not respond than say thank you but not interested.

One other thing tho, since this is also a forum, you should get in and join the threads so people can get to know you somewhat BEFORE you just cruise the profiles and send messages of interest. But that's just my opinion

And some people have had such bad reaction when we reply saying we are not interested, that we just don't do it anymore.

Sometimes it is what you say in your first email too. DON'T send a resume of why you would make a good romantic partner. Immediate turn off.

DO strike up a conversation by commenting and questioning something in her profile.

And USE the FORUMS!
