Let's see here. You are 19. 99.9% of the guys that will be attracted to you don't have have the breast milk under their nose dried up yet.
The ones with the qualities you described in the second part of your post will most likely be the older, far more mature guys.
Seeing that you are only ( and I don't mean that in a derogatory way ) 19 will give many men pause because, from experience, men mostly see younger women as flighty, more interested in the latest celebrity trash, somewhat immature etc....
In this day and age ( GOD do I sound old saying that ) it's very difficult to find a younger woman who has a decent head on her shoulders. It's even MORE difficult to find a guy that age with that quality.
Men don't hate you. You are just at an age where things are difficult because you have the two ends of the age spectrum working against you. |

My mother has always been the supporter of our family (with both my stepdad and my read dad). I grew up under the impression that I was the only person I should ever count on to support me and not to expect a man to do it. Ever.
I know this is a bit  from the "First Date" question but if women want equality all the way around then we should act as such and not complain about having to crack open our wallets from time to time.
