My take on all this is that there's brain smarts (literate,articulate,capability for abstract and critical thinking,and so on...) and then there's heart smarts,(knowing one's self,compassion, passion,introspection,ability to sense feelings of others and so on...)
My own feeling about it is that no...I'm not intimidated, nor am I especially attracted by intellect. What DOES scare me away is someone who has too much of one and not enough of the other... |

Personally, I'd like to see people in their truest sense, if you smoke ( tobacco, pot, crack, fairy dust...whatever...) let it all hang out. It's much better to just be yourself and honestly and openly portray who you really are, than to hide it and let me think otherwise... Much better to just be who you really are...warts and all...
