So do you mean you are only voting for Obama because of his race? Doesn't he have a white parent in the mix? Almost like defeating your purpose if that is the reason for your vote... still voting for at least half-white. It would be like voting for McCain because of his female running mate.... the novelty of something new. Hmmm.... vote to have the first half-black president, or vote because there is a female on the ticket and if McCain kicks during the term, first female president? Choices, choices, choices..... Oh, wait? Shouldn't it be about the platform and what is going to be done for the betterment of the country? 
For me to vote I have to American which im not....................black people have been voting for RACIST WHITE MEN since they could vote so lets change it up and give that little power to someone else.................Oh yeah so far Bush(who is in the Republican party) has got us into a recession, we have higher gas prices, most of the people that I know are loosing their homes or in the mist of loosing their homes, young men and women have died in a war about oil (in vain), or but the most amazing of all things he is done is set us in a 3 trillion dollar deficit.........................GO REPS............   |

| Either we need to take some people back to remedial school or we have to make education a priority.............It has now come to my attention that the views that are being brought on by certain people are full of tainted and invalid statements.............They stem from hate and no other there is no intellectual ideas that are being shared just an opinion of a person with no factual background.............I say this because I vow until the election to not add to this political forum unless I see that I am dealing with competent people.............I am not grouping everyone together but I do think the intellectuals know who they are and will understand my position................... |

The homeless guy was grateful.
At the end of my rather unscientific redistribution experiment I realized the homeless guy was grateful for the money he did not earn, but the waiter was pretty angry that I gave away the money he did earn even though the actual recipient deserved money more.
I guess redistribution of wealth is an easier thing to swallow in concept than in practical application.
That is the most ridiculous statement I have heard............your actually using an analogy of a personal experience to equate to government policies.............yeah education in America does suck.............my kids are going to England for school on that comment alone............... |
