Easiest Advice I can give on this subject.
Do not think of it as getting back into the game or groove, that puts too much pressure on yourself not to make any mistakes. Instead see it as a new chance to make new friends and explore new roads. The mistakes you make are part of who you are, never forget them, or you will repeat them. First step, is to go out and be among people, take your friends, they are your armor and your shield, they will buffer you as you get your feet wet again, and who knows they may even know someone you might like.
I like that advice. |

I think dating should be like ordering a pizza. If they don't show up in 30 minutes, you automatically get nookie. Whee.
Wow, what pizza place are you ordering from? I wanna order from them, lol. |

| What a beautiful video! That's something I think your son will want to show his children someday. Bless you, I hope there's more Moms like you. (hug) |

Trust is something you gain over time and by your actions - not by words.
If someone feels a need to say it, there's probably a reason to not trust them.
Agreed! |

I've learned that if I put a t-shirt on my nephew that says "BABY - Not a Midget. Do not Toss." my sister's husband will snort Pepsi out of his nose. |

When I die, I want my friends and family to wonder how a 103 yr old lady could drive that fast and so drunk, for that many miles, while still managing to have sex on a Harley while being chased by the cops.

Once, after a loved one died. It lasted for about 3 months. It was probably the worst I'd ever felt...like I was slowly suffocating.
(hug) I'm sorry if you're feeling this way. |

I so hear you! I've got one relative in one camp and another relative in the other camp and I'm getting flooded with emails from the both of them.
Payback will be a b**** at the next family reunion.
I'm getting the same emails.
I hate the ones with the lies.
I hate those, too. Doing a lot of "delete unread message" these days. :-)
Me, too.
But...sometimes I'm in the mood to send a reply back. I tell them that the email just isn't true and to check it against Snopes.
Oh I like that! I'm gonna try that with the next one I get. Thanks |

Anyone smelly.
Anyone sweaty.
Anyone puking.
Anyone who wants to talk about Jesus.
Anyone who farts and giggles throughout the entire flight.
Anyone who verbally taunts the air marshal.
Anyone who grips the arms of the seat and whimpers "I'm too young to die." at any sign of turbulence.
Pretty much half my relatives.

If they're fully capable of working and can't keep a job or refuse to work...I'd have to say Hell No.
On the other hand, if they had a physical handicap that prevented them from working, that wouldn't bother me. We could work around that. (heh, pardon the pun) |

Found a couple funny ones...
"I am a man, not a large man but not a tiny man. I like to keep things simple, no drinking, smoking for me. I believe in more types of pure fun, something I can remember and appreciate."
Oh you enigma you!
Here's the other one.
"About Me
a majority of the time i spend hanging out in my mind, searching for new ideas and trying to grow as a person. that may not be horribly exciting but i think my hobbies are at least slightly entertaining. my main interest is music, either listening to it and reflecting or writing it.. i really love playing guitar and creating sounds with synthesizers. i also spend a large chunk of my days playing video games.
i may have much more potential than i realize, which is to say i could be viewed as aloof, or lazy. the problem is that it is easy for me to accept situations and deal, however i am always working on applying myself more so that i can continue to press onward.
First Date
anything really, it doesn't even need to be a "date."
