Every time I log on the home page, it tells me that my e-mail address is wrong. So I re-enter it and it still tells me that it's wrong. I have been using the same adress for over 2 years. Can somebody please help.

that has happen to me as well.. which broweser are you using as when i use my laptop i have to use a differnt browser to log in.

I'm actually not sure why you are seeing the error in question (I've never encountered it before) kayak69. I'll get you an answer, if nobody else does first.

if you are refering to the "your email is unverified" note, you have to log in your email addy, then connect to JSH throught the link in the email that is spammed to you. That should clear up that particular issue, I think

willy_cents, I appreciate the suggestion, but this is a different system message. I'm thinking that the validation email is not reaching his mailbox, for whatever reason.

is your setting set not tto recieve email notifcations
maybe that keeps it from getting there
try checking setting emails and accept email
not sure
just a thought

Okay, make sure that your email account is working and that your mailbox is not full, kayak69. Development confirmed that our email being bounced is the cause of the error message in question.
