- I had already found via Mutual Match (which is to say that they weren't much in the way of "matches")
and
- said connections were communicated with via said "Mutual Match", which ended miserably.
I'd rather get tazered in the junk.

Well it's not going to work the first time you try it.
Many people who have found their soul mate in that thread didn't meet until they've been playing for awhile.
Deb is great at matching people to their soul mates.

There's plenty of other stuff on JSH besides one matchmaking thread.
Matchmaking isn't needed by everyone. Some of us actually put 2 and 2 together and find our own dates.
