Okay, I know this has been asked before but I am trying to post a testimonial and no where on the new """mingle""" site can I find how to do it, so someone please help

They are still in the "switch" mode, now the person has to "turn on" that feature under their settings!!flowerforyou If they don't have it turned on, you can't!!frustrated
