Unfortunately, bipolar has nothing to do with polar bears. It can be a serious problem, with major ups and downs. I've always like roller coasters, but the emotional ones are ridiculous!

A woman I used to work with had a daughter that was bi polar. Tragic story and she was a beautiful girl. cry

I'm not bi-polar myself, but my ex-husband is, and the 6 years we were married, the first was ok, but the last 5 years, he kept going in and out of the hospital cuz he didn't want to take his pills, so rather than have that the rest of my life, I left him in 2001!!happy I am a lot better now, I hated to keep after him to take them, I am not a nurse, I just couldn't do it anymore!heart

My sister-in -law suffered from manic depression.Would you know what the difference between manic and bipolar is.She had awful mood swings.

My step-son is bipolar.. He' been in and out of hospitals because he won't always take his meds and does get violent sometimes...It's a horrible chemical imbalance that's hard on everyone around that person...
