All you can do is talk...and really pay attention to what they say. You can pick up hints here and there during conversation that will tell you what you should do.

I have no idea, nor do any of us. Thats something that seems to come by trial and error. As you get older you learn to look for signs. Some of us ignore those signs because we are overwhelmed by the others body. Just remember that if you do that you could be passing up the one person that could make all your dreams come true.

I agree friendship is the best foundation for sure. When you start as friends and don't rush things, communication develops more easily and you can truly get to know them without all the pressure that jumping into a relationship brings.
I "knew" when I realized that the biggest crush of my life was for the man who'd become the best friend I'd ever had.

You read into there words but not too deep,pay attention but dont judge quickly.Most people just want to use another to satisfy there own agenda,be careful but dont be afraid to let go either..u wont tell unless your far enough along too meet ,here u learn about the soul ,but in reality it can be different.For now just try others and find one to your like as u chat

Most of everone has been said what I will say but I'm just going to build off of what they have allready said.
Look for signs of lies some are eazy to pick up then others, allways ask qustions it the best way to know who they are and what they are all about...
And last but not lest, Friendship...
A relationship made on friendship will be so much better and eazier..
Dont be scared to get hurt, its all about life and trying new things there is allways a draw back from the risk you take if you feel ready to move on to a Boyfriend/girlfriend level go for it..
