I hate the whole damn automation system. I'm tired of pressing 1, or 2, or 3, over and over again. I just want to talk to someone and fix the problem! Oh and if i do end up talking to someone, its normally a guy from India who is named "bob", and i can never understand him because of his thick accent, and he normally can't help me because he is just telling me basic trouble-shooting, WHICH I ALREADY ATTEMPTED!

see cant please everybody, here Bob in India learned how to speak English. You would say great, but now he has to lose his accent to make things easier for everyone else...

I am German and spent a good half of my life learning English in Europe. I was excited to move to the states to see what the big fuss is all about! Little did I realize that my English is off no use here unless I chat on Mingle.
Very few speak English in Miami.
so here I am taking classes for Spanish, which isn't that hard to learn!
