I carved a 29 lb. pumpkin yesterday. I baked the seeds last night.
I was eating some of the seeds today. I gave some to a friend.
My friend was surprised that I eat the seeds AND the shells.
Does anybody else do that?

I don't but know several that do...always ask b4 I throw them out if anybody wants them to palnt next year or to eat..

It was my first time. On one side of the pan I put salt and garlic. On the other side of the pan I put salt, garlic, and Parmesan.
