I actually saw clips of someone at a McCain/Palin rally - their reason for their overenthusiastic support of McCain/Palin (ie. attending a rally)?

No kidding.
Obama would probably be in like flynn if it weren't for people NOT voting for him on purely ignorant reasons - like that one, like racism, blind partisan support, etc. 
That he actually has the lead at this point DESPITE all the ignorance out there really is commendable - it almost restores my hope for America!

Look at our most urgent problems. There's no cure for most of them. Whichever party wins will probably open the door for the other party in four years that will be a landslide.
