I've been surfing forums for soo many years now and one thing I've noticed is there are quite a few who can enjoy the debatist situation but some who become bent out of shape.
How do you take whats said on the internet?
Do you take it seriously?
DO you take it personally?
Do you attack others for their opinions?
and by attack i mean to you make it personal instead of sticking to the subject?
Do you find yourself sad or hurt?
and finally.. Why? what drives your emotions to different levels? whether its the sociopathic "i don't care" or the manic "why god why?"
... i want to hear what you think about yourselves and the internet...

I get annoyed if people don't argue in a constructive fashion, but at that point i just quit the argument and find something more interesting to do. I can't say i've been driven to rage, or been actually upset by an argument online.

i have made friends online but when someones talking thru their hat,i say something.overall getting mad at a photo of an imaginary friend is kinda dumb.

but to go back to what you said earlier.. I think you need to realize that on the internet.. America isnt holding the pattent and we aren't the only ones online. lol so its not a country thing. its a humanity and mentality thing.

i care what people think of me and the things that come out of my head. Therefore it doesnt matter if its the internet or my everyday life, its important that people respect that i'm a genuinely kind-hearted person who also would stand up for myself if attacked and that i'm not stupid ( well most of the time anyway lol). The fact that i probably would never meet any of you and that you guys have little bearing in my real life doesn't mean that i dont care what you think of my intellect. I'll always feel validated when i say something that makes you guys laugh, or think
