The sound of my heart beats in my ears
It deafens me amplifying my fears
There I was trying to go outside
But I just stood there and openly cried
Out in public I stand and shake
How can I beat this what will it take
I used to love people going out to dance
Now the fear is gripping and I don't stand a chance
It takes some force to go out that door
I don't know if I can take much more
I'm trapped in the house all day and night
I'm feeling like this is a losing fight
Is there help out there for someone like me
Or some knowledge that can set me free
The more that I look the deeper I get
I'm traveling this wire minus a safety net
Do you reall care about what I feel
Do you think I'm lying or see this is real
I know you will never truly understand
But please say you'll try and hold my hand

Yeah, work is slow right now, and since I am the only one that hasn't been made to take a day off. well this time it was my turn, figured I would pop in and see what I may have been missing..
