Was it up to date?
What kind of booth or machine was available for you?
Mine...
The smell was like moth balls
The booths (there were 2) were so old i think George Washington's name was still in there somewhere
The people volunteering were ok as long as nothing out of the norm happened
There was 1 voting computer in there (i think it was one of the touch screens i've been hearing about)
While i was waiting in line, there were 2 voters ahead of me both in wheel chairs who wanted to use it instead of the booths. (they didn't have to get up out of their chairs)
every volunteer at the place just frowned and looked at each other as if they didn't have a clue.
One of them said 'it takes 45 minutes to cast a vote on that one'
So the voters got frustrated and used the booths.
also, if you wanted to 'write in' your vote there were no pens available and they informed us that once you close the curtain you can't open it and do it again
Being the greatest nation in the world...seems as though we'd have a better standard when picking the highest seat in the nation.

Atleast you got to vote. I was turned away because i changed my address 2 weeks ago, so they said i lost my right to vote because of that. I was like WTF

We don't have curtains....lol. I think I might have made an all time world record.....6 minutes in and out the door! I knew exactly what each answer was going to be (except one that somehow I missed on the sample ballots, I had to make an educated guess), we still use the old fill in the circles with dots method. I scanned, got the A-ok and was out the door! There was no line, so it was a very good experience!

I was out by 8:12
No lines
No shenanigans.

When i first moved i was broke, and only up until 2 weeks ago was i able to afford to update my drivers license and voting registration. (its $25 here).

My polling place doesn't get too crowded...but there was a line today. I think I waited about 20 or 25 mins.

I walked in, they found my name with no problem, and I voted. It took 5 minutes.
and i live in a republican state.......obama has been here 48 times. i hope it was a waste of his time.

At 7:20 am I got right in. It's a paper ballot with black market pens. It then goes into a scanning machine. I put about 20 through and it worked flawlessly every time...
