I'm a 42 year old male. Where do you go and meet women? I'm sorry but meeting on-line seems very non-personal. Roaming the isles of the local grocery store and coffee shop seem hit and miss at best,Going to church just to try to meet women seems wrong. So any sugestions from both sexes would be great!

Its not like we're hiding from you! Sometimes I feel like I need to stand NAKED in the middle of the highway to get a man attention. People just dont feel comfortable flirting in publlic when the society as a whole is soo paranoid!

OK, Jim it's fixed now. Good. Ok, now to answer your question. I don't know the answer. Where does anyone go to meet a nice person, male or female??????????? I have met lots of ppl online, but, most live so far away. Someone told me about this singles dance they have here, I might check it out one weekend. Maybe see if there is a singles group in your town. I wish I did know where we could all go to meet some nice ppl. If you find the answer, be sure to let the rest of us know ok?:????

Well if you go to church then go to a church social, that's what they are for is meeting people. The church i go to does socials every week and a singles social at least once a month.

For me, on-line is the only option. And it is non-personal to some extent, at least in the beginning, but it does provide access to people you would otherwise never have an opportunity to meet.
In theory, anyway; it has never actually worked like that for me....!

Men and women are both everywhere. But it's tough to find 2 people who are attracted to each other, have similar beliefs/values/whatever, and who actually speak to each other instead of passing each other by.

Bookstore is a good place. Easy to start a conversation and they usually have a small cafe in the bookstore...
