Update 10/31/07

I'm in a transitory state of mind right now and honestly can't stomach turning my profile statement into another one of those happy, peppy, cheesy introductions like everything else I've been reading on here.

All I know at this point in my life is that I'm tired of thinking about myself and doing things by and for myself. Life is good and I'm glad for all the opportunities I've had to travel and to see things, but at the end of the day I believe that life is meant to be lived in relationship with other people, and what other more significant relationship is there than with that one special person?

I don't know what my mate will look like, and I don't know when or where I will find him, but I'm open to meeting him online. I believe that this is who I am, this is what I think, this is how I feel, and something about this will resonate with him and he will come to me soon enough.

I'm a sensitive soul who feels and perceives more than the average person and I am direct and blunt and wear everything on my sleeve. I'm not simple or uncomplicated, so those of you who prefer the what-you-see-is-what-you-get-types should just move on to the next profile.

I want someone who can talk to me about everything and anything, who is in touch with his inner self and can articulate his feelings more quickly than the average man. I need to feel safe, secure, and cared for, and I want nothing more than to spend my days and nights living for the man who helps put all of my anxieties about life to rest.

I'm ready for you if you're ready for me. All I ask is that you know that life is much more than our physical circumstances and that there is value and a higher meaning in our time spent together.
