I never quite know what to say when describing myself, so here goes. I find that Im most at ease when Im partaking in recreational sports and competition--the thrill of competing against others while working up a sweat is my oasis. I love to travel and see parts of the country/world--and while destinations like Hawii, etc are nice--I prefer to take trips off the beaten path--to find the people and cultures that arent so glamorized. I do enjoy quiet nights 'snuggling' on the couch watching a movie with a woman I care about; and dining out at the non-franchise restaurants, discussing life and goals and dreams. I, like anyone else, have 'quirks' that may seem a bit weird to some--but are things that make me unique. I enjoy walking in the rain without an umbrella and seeing how many packs of gum I can chew at once before my jaw cramps up.

Life, spinning complacently in the darkness. Followers of this journey, riddled with confusion and indifference to how it must be played and justified--seek answers to questions not asked; and whose answers undoubtedly only arise further confusion. Wake up!

Accept things for the way they are, yet never accept it as truth. Seek comfort in knowing that you may never know anything so diligently sought after, and take refuge in all your anxieties--for it is the mortar that binds, completing you.

Ignorance is bliss, truth is pain, and acceptance without question is the precursor to a broken-heart. Situations call for some walls to be built, yet when does one understand when the correct time to let in the flood-waters.

Do past actions in character with unwanted results divulge a weak being--or one that is steadfast in hopes to see an ideal reach fruition. Can deep-seeded pain from an earlier time be used as a positive catalyst in the healing process of the spirit to alter future events not yet past; or will that malignancey resurface as a situation presents itself. Does an individual truly grow if they cannot understand the reasons for their fears--how can one tell if it is a flaw in personal character or a flaw in the very fear itself.
