My apartment is on the edge of a building
I set my alarm clock just a half hour before I have to leave

I never drink diet coke and I use real sugar in my coffee
I shave in the shower
I light up the BBQ with matches

Or canoeing down white waters with just one paddle

Yes I am a dangerous fellow
I picked up a hitch hiker once
I don’t wear gloves to check the oil in my car
I have triple A but always change my own flats
I painted my apartment with a brush
I don’t have a gun but I have the bullets

Yes I live on the edge
I know I will buy it some day
But till then I’m going to have fun

I don’t wear sunscreen when I go to the beach
I always stay in the shallows where sharks attack
I am not afraid of anything that doesn’t scare me
I turn off the light before going to bed
I watch scary movies at night
I never wait till the last day to pay my bills
