About my life and what I'm looking for
UPDATE: This dating site has been an interesting experience for me. For some strange reason some of the men who have contacted me are seeking one night stands, quickies, casual relationship (whatever you want to call it). Now, back to the fun part of my story: I would love to take a train tour through Canada with someone, so I can put my passport to some use. I've had it since 2001 and have yet to obtain my first foreign stamp! I love the outdoors, especially the beauty of the mountains, rivers, lakes, trees, sunrise, and sunset.

What I seek in a relationship? Well, let's start out as pen pals to develop a strong friendship. For without friendship, nothing will last. I have raised my children. As for what I seek in a man, well, it's quite simple. You must treat me with respect, honor, dignity, love, care, chivalry, loyalty, commitment, and adoration as I will give you nothing less. Yes, physical attraction is a must, but that will soon fade should all the other primary characteristics not exist or should wane.

I am an independent thinker and like time to myself, so you must be very secure. And speaking of security, you must not only be secure emotionally and psychologically, but financially. Also, an intellectual conversation is a very important, but it must not be full of "fluff" as I will quickly discern. Your sense of humor will make our relationship flourish quickly as well as your love for the outdoors as I go camping every year. Roughing it is sexy!
