I am the terror that flaps in the night. I am the potato chip that jabs you in the roof of your mouth. I am Darkwing Duck.

Actually I'm not Darkwing Duck, but that was a fun show to watch when I was a kid.

I do many things with computers. I like watching random, *intelligent* TV shows and secretly hoping that their plotlines will be convoluted enough to entertain me (why didn't Heroes opt for a fixed-point temporal static time loop? grr).

I read many books. For a spell earlier this year I was averaging a book a week.

When I'm in new locales I enjoy taking all sorts of random pictures and Flickring them (though I am not a photographer by a long shot).

Random other things I like: linguistics, cooking, the internet, scifi movies & tv, penguins, and Linux.

Obviously I fall into the geek/nerd category, but I prefer "geek" as a term of affection.

Oh, and I'm fairly certain that I am Aspergerian (but it's only a self-diagnosis).
