Hello, potential friend/partner/lover/disaster...my name is John. I always have trouble with describing myself because I always try to factor in what other people would say .....which I guess makes me self-conscience. I love working with children...so I think I'm caring......hmmmmmm....let me see....I'm very honest and loyal to whomever I'm with. I try to be funny, but that doesn't work sometimes (like this description). I also don't have a mullet.
Seriously, though, I am very proud of my profession, education, artistic skill and parenting skills. I am the first person in my family (on my mother's and father's side) to achieve a Master's degree. (I'm still an idiot though.... laughing )I draw comic books and hope to be published someday. The accomplishment that I'm the most proud of is my son. He will always know his daddy loves him with all his heart.
My perfect match would be somebody who is as honest and loyal as I am. Somebody who would want to be with me as much as I would want to be with them. We would drive each other crazy...in a good way. She would have to be passionate and affectionate with me. There would have to be a lot of hugging, laying around together, giving each other back rubs and playing with each other's hair....that's the small stuff I value in a relationship. She would have to have a sense of humor (I would probably make her roll her eyes alot!) and let me be myself. I'm a very visual person, so I'm actually very big on looks and chemistry. I'm not shallow or conceited, though, and I don't mean "attractive to most"...I mean "attractive to me". I've found many women very attractive who don't fit into the "media standard" of beauty. I have met very physically beautiful women who's personalities make them wretched. I guess what I'm doing a bad job of saying is that there has to be physical attraction for me to be with someone, but I love women of all shapes and sizes.
I have a really obnoxious site at www. m y s p a c e /evilhoban.com.......if anyone cares.
First Date!!!! I would be open to almost anything for a first date! First, I will take you to the Target cafeteria to "romanticize" you and then....wait a second.....nevermind. (Sorry...bad joke.)
I would like to go somewhere small and quiet for a conversation first. Maybe a coffee shop (although I don't drink coffee) or small restaurant. From there, we can decide to do multiple things....nature walk (tons in Duluth), mild shopping, a movie, play badminton (weather permitting)...just something small and fun. After that, we can go to a more serious dinner...something nice where they serve wine. If we hit it off, we can go for a nightcap somewhere. I don't require or rule anything out for the end of the night. I do kiss on the first date and have never done much more, but I am open to new experiences.... Send me a message!
