I have been widowed for several years. I managed to fill my time with work and more work, sometimes two jobs at once. Now though, I only work parttime and have time to enjoy my life. I tried to resurrect some of my old interests such as fine dining, entertaining and the arts. This proved to be very unfulfilling, as it seems my interests have dramatically changed. Now I enjoy my morning coffee on the balcony watching the sun rise. I can kick my shoes off and truly be amazed at the sun setting over the horizon. I like picnics, walks, and just sitting home watching a movie or having a conversation. I love road trips and casual entertainment....I am not a needy person with a lot of baggage. i've had lots of time to work these things out. i love to laugh and joke, but I don't play games when it come to matters of the heart.
