I am a 25 year-old single gal from Salem, Oregon looking for someone to try new things with and have some fun! I'm not out to find a husband, start a family or be someone's 'friend with benefits'. I am interested in finding someone who likes to experience new and different things and take a chance on the unknown. I like to step outside my normal 'routine' and find new and interesting things to do that maybe a lot of people haven't heard of before. I love going to festivals of any sort. Renaissance/celtic festivals are my favorite, but I will go to just about anything (no, I'm not in the SCA). I am secretary for a local drum circle that gets together every other week and we have a great time together. I am also a volunteer addict. I do a lot of work with the American Red Cross regarding local and national disasters. I like to have a lot of fun with my friends and I don't spend much time sitting around.

I work full-time as an office manager but someday hope to do something a little more exciting, possibly photography or graphic design. I rent a house w/ two lovely roommates and my darling cat Gwyndolynn. I have a terrible TERRIBLE paralizing fear of spiders and a passion for baking. So... that's the short version. I like talking to people from all walks of life, levels of education, races, ages and backgrounds. However, if you message me with something along the lines of "a/s/l" or "what u up 2", then I will simply not respond. I am here to meet people that want to communicate and learn something about someone other than themselves. Ask me something that matters, not what my bra size is or what sexual positions I prefer. That is none of your business until I decide to bring it up and I will do you the same courtesy of not asking those lame and intruding questions as well. My sexual preferences are not what make me 'me' and by asking anything along those lines you are showing that you really don't care to find out who I am, you're just interested in having a little quick fun. I am not. Also, we all learned (hopefully) some basic language skills in school, so please, feel free to utilize those skills when composing messages. Some of my biggest pet peeves are people typing 'u' instead of 'you' or writing entire novels of information without any punctuation at all. I'm sure to some people this sounds stupid and whiny, but I see it as a sign of respect; that you respect me enough to take the half a millisecond extra that it takes to form an actual sentence and ask me an actual question that lets me know you are interested in getting to know me and not my bedroom habits.
