I am humorist, but I have a deep serious side. I like the average things most guys like...Sports, "eye candy", the normal things!! (wink) I like to draw, shop for clothes, I like to cook. I used to travel a lot but my schedule doesn't allow it as much now. I advertise my lingerie company to a list of other sites. I record music, write songs, stories and crack a smile every now and again!!...I'm from North Carolina (Wilmington). I don't have the southern drawl though. I think in dealing with men one has to be in tuned with themselves before they can focus. In other words, know what you want. I do!!! I ran into some BIG financial troubles when I was younger and I worked like a slave to pull myself out of it, so it has soured me to chasing too many material things, and soured me to those who want, want, and want. I know how to look/live/feel like a million bucks, without spending a fortune!!...Well I'll make it quick and to the point. I'm an Afro-American female age 28 who has her head on straight and is very goal oriented. I believe in setting goals and doing whatever it takes to achieve them. Past relationships have taught me that you have to be open with one another and that there are no secrets. Communication and honesty are the most important tools in a relationship and that they shouldn't be taken l for granted. You get out of a relationship what you put in. Finally, whatever happened in your past relationship need to stay in the past. It's not fair to blame your new partner because they had no control or anything to do with the outcome. I'm looking for a "MAN" not a boy. For those who don't understand I'll break it down for YA. A man is an individual who has great self-esteem, one who is "HONEST", goal oriented, and a strong determination to achieve whatever he sets out to do. I'll stop there, so you should have an idea. Now if you don't have all of the above stop right now and continue your search. If you have all of the above then this is for you. I don't believe in playing games because first we're both adults so we should conduct ourselves as such. So with that being said I have one other thing to say. Keep it real with me because I always keep it real. I'll tell you whatever it is on my mind whether good or bad because I'm upfront with everything. The only way a relationship will last is by communicating with one another. I want a man who takes care of herself physically and mentally. One who takes pride in herself as well as his work. I have two things that are most important in my life. The first would be God. Without him I would be nothing, and when I'm down he always picks me back up. The second thing would definitely be family. I have a very close-knit family. We rely on each other all of the time and I like being with them on holidays. A perfect day would start out with me cooking my man bed and laying right next to him in bed watching television to start his day. Then while he's at work I would send him a note just to let him know how special he is to me. After work I would have dinner ready when he got home. Then we would on the couch and hold each other until we fell asleep. So if you think you can handle this then holla back if not I wish you the best in finding your mate.

The only things I would really be looking for in a relationship after mutual attraction (physical/chemistry) are
1. Trust
2. Creativity/Spontaneous
3. Hard-working
4. A lot of self-respect for himself and others
5. A man who likes nice things, but isn't greedy/needy If you like to laugh, want to meet a person who can be serious and witty, without being dumb and goofy!!!

Many men are instinctively granted the endowment of existence from God.
But what could have been told of there souls could have met, will they reach the worth of a man’s heart?
A worth of a man’s heart is more valuable than he’s age, we need to look deeper from within.
His heart tells a glory of a reveal of a true story; reveal a true man’s heart of honoree written in stone.
He travels this life from beginning to end; he leaves clues around every mound.
To a woman he calls her beloved giving admiration whether received or earn.
He’s firm articulate but yet kind, gentle around the edges sturned behind, and seeks to lay a hand
upon the lives of others for the sanity of mankind.
He’s generous about giving his time.
He’s benevolent over the amenity of his talents.
He’s philanthropic of his essences.
In his highlights are tactics, quest, and reason.
He validates the ones he loves; he’s a dependable person in charge to the finish.
An accurate man contributes; accommodate and provides, toward the ones he love.
He gives a extraordinary lady the obligation to coerce.
So what could his soul say to comprehend?
