I'm looking for that special someone, a difficult endeavor. I’ve got high standards for myself and I know what I want so finding a qualifying woman is rare. Since my career and future is incredibly important to me, I have limited free time so I'm ultra picky about who I spend my time with. I’m a very independent and mature 28-year-old and I’m attracted to confident (not to be confused with *****) women in the 24-29yrs old bracket, specifically career-oriented, future-focused women that can take charge without being overbearing and oppressive. Yes, looks are important (there has to be that initial spark – and I do prefer my women shorter than me) but without a good personality, a good heart, integrity, intelligence and a sense of humor even the most gorgeous woman will be an unsuitable match. I won’t date a druggie, alcoholic, etc.; I'm not a health fanatic, but I am in good shape and expect the same from my future partner. I'm a very optimistic, motivated man; I only live once so I have to make the most of it.

I'm very much a free-spirited, adventure seeker. I collect experiences – and talk about them to everyone. I lived in Spain, South Korea, & Iraq. Traveling is my passion and I look forward to one day globe-trotting alongside a companion (not just because it'd be nice to have someone to snap photos of me standing in front of the sights). I make friends easily and enjoy the company of all types of people but you won’t find me in a bar or club often (unless there's live music, especially a good rock concert) – it's fun once in awhile but I definitely enjoy/need my alone time.

I'm not materialistic or superficial but I'm not a hippy either. I don't mind being spoiled and staying at a posh hotel but sometimes it's even more fun roughing it in a hut covered with palm branches. I'm just your typical casual dress kind of guy & I pretty much were holister if that gives you an idea. I want a girl that cares about her appearance but doesn’t own more shoes/purses than I can count.

I don’t mind getting my hands dirty and playing hard. I grew up with one sister and have always loved snow skiing, skydiving, hiking, mountain biking, weight lifting – any activity that gives me an adrenaline rush. Bungee jumping and a ride in a hot air balloon are on my "To Do Before 30" list. Some of my favorite days have been spent riding my harley, fishing with my dad, beach bonfires, waterskiing and tubing on the lake, & listening to the waves crash. I feel at peace amidst vast expanses of water, deserts, forests, etc.

A healthy lifestyle and fitness are very important to me. I enjoy going to baseball/football games and watching sports on TV (SOONERS FOOTBALL!!). I'm not to big on television in general, although I do have a couple shows that I enjoy watching from time to time. My TV is primarily used to watch movies.

I'm adaptable and easy-going, a bit eclectic, very energetic, future-focused, motivated, optimistic, spontaneous, sensitive and 100% a romantic.
