We were friends with the lives we knew being shattered by the dogs of war and everything we thought we knew giving way to sleeping with one eye open praying for another day. We were pilgrims in an unholy land....that most evil of places known to the world as Iraq. And by the grace of God, we all went as a unit and we all returned as a unit. While the rockets, mortars, bombs and death's other instruments of war are now but a memory to me, the effects they have had on my life will last forever. Get out and live life....it could be taken from you in an instant. Having said that, i'm definitely looking for one special woman. I know she's out there somewhere and i will not settle for second best. She's beautiful to me, inside and out, but there's more to her than just a pretty face. She has a wonderful personality and I enjoy spending time with her. She can light up a room with her smile...and can comfort someone when they're feeling down. She's ambitious with goals and dreams in life, but wants someone to share all the love and happiness that life has to offer. I would hope that family is important to her since it is to me as well. I go to the gym 4-5 days a week and firmly believe that staying healthy and in shape is important and would love to have a workout partner. She has an excellent sense of humor and is the life of the party. She loves to laugh and I enjoy making her laugh. I think humor and laughter is the spice of life and i crack jokes quite often.

I guess if you're still reading this, you're probably wondering a few things about me. I thought you might be. You might be thinking i'm kinda picky. Believe me that's far from the truth. I just have a lot to offer and I want the same in a woman. I give 110% and want a woman that believes in doing the same. Well, i'm single, 33, never married, no kids. My field is power and energy but my primary job is IT. That's right....a computer junkie. Like I said earlier, I work out about 4-5 times a week and thoroughly enjoy it. Not only is it a great stress reliever, it's also a great confidence booster. I like to shoot pool, go to the beach, travel, read, go hiking or mountain climbing, did skydiving a few times and it was totally exhilirating. I'm not a fanatic but I do love dogs so you'll have to be able to put up with a scottish terrier(ist) on occasion. lol. I love to cook, and am even domesticated enough to do laundry(sorted, dried, and even ironed on occasion). Like to go to ball games and races(talladega has become a ritual). I'm a classical pianist and have been playing for 25 years. One day I hope to do a public performance of the Rach 3. Music is my life and has been forever. I also do the sax, clarinet, bassoon, oboe and the violin to a degree. I like kids so if you have your own that's great. I suppose that's enough for now.
