I've noticed just about every lady here says something like "Just
looking for Mr. Right / Prince Charming / My Knight in shining
armor"

So the story goes, they lived happily ever after, but I've realized
that relationships do have ups and downs so I'd like to find
someone who's there for good times and bad and I'll do the same for
them. That's what a *real* knight in shining armor would do. I
believe that you can love a partner unconditionally. I also believe
that it is your duty to make them feel they are the most special
person in the world, because if the relationship is going to go
anywhere, that's how it should be.

I am a fun-loving and compassionate guy who would like to meet
someone that I can share the rest of my life with. If you like to
be treated with the utmost of respect and want something that is
genuine, I am your man. Family is very important to me, and I take
my responsibilities seriously. I would like to have children with
the woman of my dreams and live to a ripe old age together.

Here are some things that appeal to me: Going out with friends or
attending get-togethers with them. Showing me/you off to them and
making them jealous. Holding hands Walking around together / going
to events / driving around looking at Christmas lights. Goofing
around and being silly when there's nobody else to see. Watching a
favorite TV show or movie together while snuggled up on the couch.
Falling asleep snuggled all warm and cozy together. Sending a text
message just to let you know I was thinking about you or wishing
you a good day at work. Attending holiday gatherings with family
Drinking wine and eating crackers with cheese and talking about
hopes and dreams. Trying a new restaurant or new type of
cuisine

Food: I love everything, there's very very little food types that I
don't enjoy and I try as much as I can (Indian, Vietnamese,
seafood, sushi, middle eastern, Greek, Thai (except it was too
spicy for me to even eat! LOL ) ). I think the only food that I
just can't seem to like no matter how many times I try it is Korean
Kim Chee (hot, spicy, pickled cabbage)

Movies: The Hunt for Red October is probably my favorite movie of
all time. Anything with Anthony Hopkins (Hello Clarice!), Morgan
Freeman, Sean Connery, Tommy Lee Jones, Samuel Jackson, John
Travolta (I'm not to keen on the Scientology thing, but I think he
makes a pretty good movie), Steve Carell... Stuff like that.

Interests: I love history and science. Anything about ancient
Egypt, Mayan, Inca, Aztec or things of that nature. I love shows on
how things are made, Dirty Jobs, Mythbusters or animal shows. I'm
somewhat a bit of a Dallas Stars fan, though this is fairly recent.
I guess I never realized how fun hockey is to watch until I
actually started watching it, learning the players names and
yelling at the screen! I've got a great sense of humor and will
keep you laughing a lot!

I love the old cartoons that I grew up watching like Tom and Jerry,
Bugs Bunny, the coyote and road runner, Animaniacs, Tazmania, and
things like that.

Music: Stevie Ray Vaughan, Van Halen, Sound Garden, Alice in
Chains, Jimi Hendrix, The Who, Santana, Rolling Stones, KISS, Red
Hot Chili Peppers or anything that we can sing along with together
in the car!

What I do for a living: Right now I'm working as a contractor at a
pharmaceutical company in Fort Worth. When your computer's on fire
and you have a big report due in an hour, I'm the guy to call. When
nobody else can fix it and all else has failed, I'm the guy you
get. And all my lady friends get free computer upgrades and A+
technical support :)

What I'm looking for in a partner: 25 to 30, non-smoker, non-drug
user, no kids yet, smart, wonderful, and someone who feels the same
about a lot of the things above.
