I work at a local hospital as an Activity Coordinator and am in the process of becoming certified a Certified Recreational Therapy. So yes, my job allows me to work hard and play hard. However, I can't get enough of learning and will be going back for my masters within the next year.

I am a huge Phillies Fan (We are on our road to 100!) and the brand new minor league team, the Iron Pigs, in the Lehigh Valley (even though they are horrible...sigh). I never went sky diving but I would try... once. I would travel to China to experience it but I would go to Italy and never come home. I believe in fate. I am a HUGE Duke basketball fan. I hiked part of the Appalachian trail but would love to hike all of it one day. My favorite word is Serendipity. I would like cats more if I wasn't allergic to them. I dance…EVERYWHERE. I sing in the shower. I hate scary movies but love to be scared. I sleep with the windows open even in the middle of winter. I always order the same thing at a diner. I LOVE thunderstorms. I wouldn’t win a karaoke competition but I would come in a close second. I love to cook as long as I’m not eating alone. I actually enjoy sitting in traffic…sometimes. I drink way to much coffee. I probably know all the lyrics to any song on the radio. I would definitely learn to ballroom dance (I recently have been perfecting my salsa). I love to laugh.

I think that friendship is the strongest foundation for any relationship. I am looking for a guy that is caring, has direction in life, doesn't lie, cheat or steal, enjoys a good 80s movie (preferably with John Cusack in it ;) hehe), isn't afraid of dancing and hogging the mic at karaoke, loves going out, staying in and would be willing to go hiking and end up camping. Personally, I stay away from head games and prefer you do as well. I am not looking for a smooth talker or a knight in shining armor riding a white horse to sweep me off my feet. I have found knights are usually liars and they probably stole the horse they were riding. But, I could be wrong...
