I'd like to meet new, intelligent friends - people interested in music/arts and creative things generally.

I am an artist and a craftsperson, who also enjoys playing the guitar and piano in my spare time. I don't know if other people enjoy my musical 'talents', but it keeps me happy! I am also interested in the sciences (and work with scientists), so can share discussions on a variety of topics.

I enjoy a cup of coffee and chat in a pleasant cafe. I'm something of a bohemian at heart and Parisian café society definitely appeals to me! Sadly, I rarely get the chance to enjoy passing time like that these days. My life can be a bit chaotic with all the different responsibilities, so anyone likely to get involved needs to be prepared to be flexible and pitch in. I'm also a night owl and struggle to keep to traditional schedules.

I've got a soft spot for children and animals, and am interested in the environment. I love the countryside and wilderness. I dislike cruelty to people and animals intensely, so it's best that your hobbies do not include hunting and fishing. I'm also not impressed with speed freaks.

I have an open-mind about many things including psychic or paranormal phenomena, but I am not a gullible person.
