At this point in my life, I don't really know what I am looking for. I know what I don't want. I don't want someone who is going to use me and leave. I don't want someone who views my children as people you can forget about...(they are grown and college educated except for my daughter who is in college.). I would like to meet someone, start slow and see what develops. I have worked at the same hospital for 18 years. I am not looking for someone to support me, I don't do drugs (never have), I don't drink (not against it, just never acquired the taste). I do drink coffee...all the time. I play golf, used to hunt all the time, now I just love the woods mostly. I love to read, mostly suspense and attorney type novels. I do know how to dance...I took ballroom dancing for 3 years.
I work in the laboratory as a Medical Technologist supervisor on 2nd shiift ( we do the testing of blood and other body fluids). I have a 4 year degree in this field. I also have a degree in business. I don't think having a degree makes you any smarter than anyone else, it is just necessary sometimes. I have 3 children, the youngest is 20. I am very family oriented and believe in being true to your spouse.
I would say to those women who write in their profile " they are very independent", please note how Websters dictionary defines INDEPENDENCE; it staes inpendence is " NOT REQUIRING OR RELYING ON SOMETHING OR SOMEONE". If I happen to meet someone at sometime in my life, I certainly do not want to meet someone who doesn't require or rely on another person.
