I am originally from Illinois, but have lived in Florida, California, Kentucky, Switzerland, and now rooting down in Indiana. I just love Carmel and all the things this area has to offer and thought I'd run into someone by now. However, I have to admit that I also enjoy my kids and "loving on my house" which is not conducive to meeting a guy. I would not venture out to a "bar" or join a "crowd" just to develop a romance. So here I am on this site even though I have seen others fail miserably with this type of venue. I would be interested in sharing time with someone outside of my children as they do not need "transient attachments" with the loss of their Dad. If the planets were to "align" and something came along that was stable, healthy, and "serious" I would include my children at that time.

I am a high energy person and am attracted to high energy people. I like to hang around well mannered, observant, and humorous personalities. I appreciate people who understand the value of the "little things" in life (that is where I think all good things reside). I admire a strong work ethic, but would be most attracted to someone who had family at the center of his universe. I understand that a lot of great attributes develop in a person by going through "stuff" so I am open to people's past experiences. However, I also would like to spend time with someone who is "emotionally mature" because of it.   Send me a message!
