I'm a single parent raising my son on my own. He has been with me, just he and I, for the last 6 years. He is 9 and is my whole world. I can now see all the things my Mother told me when she said how much she loved me... I feel exactly the same towards him.

The one thing I truly believe concerning relationships and friendships.... I treat people as I wish to be treated.

I am nonjudgmental and open-minded. If I don't agree with something you like, like to do, or not do I don't think it is fair not to give you a chance at friendship. As long as you understand and respect that I may not be interested and not be pushy, you will get the same in return. I am here to make new friends, maybe find someone do date or do things with, intimate encounters and just learning about the world and people around me. Insofar as the age differences that some people seem to be offended by... if I were really rich or a celebrity, it wouldn't matter then. What difference does age make knowing that I have a good heart? I am interested in the person, not the age. I have been with older and younger and have learned much from both... I don't believe in selling myself short because society thinks it's okay only for the rich and famous but not for the average person.
