I'm a full-time professional interpreter working in education; enjoy lounging, watching movies and fart jokes. I have a great sense of humor, don't take anything too seriously (especially myself), am generally laid back and up for whatever (as long as I have easy access to indoor plumbing), and am difficult to offend. I wouldn't consider myself a card-carrying liberal, but I probably should. I'm one of those girls who hangs out with "the gays" and I don't tolerate homophobia. Organized religion makes me break out in hives. That pretty much sums up my political/religious views.

In case you didn't notice, a silly sense of humor is also a must. Window-rattling belch skills a big plus. I have two cats that I lurrrrve, and I dig animals of all sorts (except spiders *twitch*). My favorite movie genre is horror, and the Asian-based flicks leave me in a whimpering puddle (which means I have to see them again, immediately). I'm glued to the TV at 8pm on Monday nights (Heroes) and generally like anything geek-oriented. Except Anime. I've tried, and I just... I can't do it. I can't!
