Hi, I'm Chris. I lived on the UNT campus for about 10 years until I was forced to sell so that "Sorority Row" could be built about 5 years ago. I'm still around campus everyday. I bought an old fraternity house by campus about a year ago, Theta Chi, I love the location. My business partner tells me that I am the craziest person he knows who is still functional. He told me a UNT professor wants to write a book about me. I think I am normal and a bit boring. I took an IQ test with 3000 students from UT Austin. I tied for the highest score. I was told I was 180+. Maybe that makes me a bit quirky. I wanted to join MENSA, but did not have the money. 20 years later I gross 800 a day and I am still cash poor.
