I'm a laid back, easy-going kind of guy. Playing guitar is my favorite hobby/pastime/occupation (I play guitar for a death metal band in W-S) so that takes up some of my free time. I pretty much like doing anything that is fun. I enjoy being outside...I love the beach and the mountains (hence moving to a city right in the middle of both) and generally seeing/doing new things. I like going out to bars (I'm not much of a club kind of guy, although it is not outside the realm of possibilities, such as special occasions or if the mood strikes) and generally hanging out with friends playing darts and/or pool. However, I sometimes prefer to stay at home or going to someone's house and having friends over playing drinking games or generally hanging out if the option presents itself. Other than that, I'm basically a nerd at heart. I analyze almost anything. Mostly random and usually irrelevant topics, but it's still fun. I like discussing anything having to do with science (specifically physics) and I love to have the science vs. religion conversation (even though it is basically agreed upon that no one will ever "win," but it's still enjoyable). I have a very dry sense of humor (some call it smartass, I call it witty...to each their own) and I'm ridiculously observant, so the combination usually leads to good times, but it is all in fun. I am a very optimistic type of person with a generally positive outlook on life...life is too short to be sad/upset. There is a lot more I could include here but this is supposed to be "brief." Basically, I'm new to this city and relatively new to being single, so I'm just trying to meet some new people and basically start over.
