Hi - Boy, this is hard. How to set myself apart from all of the other wonderful ladies on this site? Well, here I go. I enjoy an active lifestyle but greatly miss someone special to "play" with. Some of the things I do on a fairly regular basis include sailing and camping in my RV. I have been an active hiker and bike rider in the recent past and would welcome a companion to enjoy those activities with. In addition to the aforementioned, I enjoy activity oriented travel, taking evening walks, golf and a lot of other activities outdoors in great weather (defined as almost any time the sun is shining). I also enjoy down time with my significant other and good friends, drives to nowhere in particular just to see what we can find, and sitting by a fire on a cold day reading a good book. I also like almost any kind of music and can be found at the Birchmere, the KenCen, or Wolftrap several times a year. I can be talked into almost anything - the only thing I've turned down lately is skydiving. I have travelled internationally and am looking forward to doing a lot more of that. Travel is a priority for me although I don't have nearly as much time to do it as I would like. I miss having someone special to travel with. Everything is more fun with someone else. I play well with others. I value communication, a sense of humor, good conversation, active times, quiet times, just general companionship. I enjoy entertaining my friends, dining out, cooking while sharing a bottle of wine with my significant other, a beer and BBQ on the deck, a walk on a beautiful evening, a picnic at Wolf Trap. If this all sounds nice, please write!! My ideal match is first and foremost, a friend. He believes in and practices equality and partnership in a relationship. He believes that compromise, humor, and communication are essential. He is comfortable with himself and what he brings to a relationship, isn't afraid to take the lead when appropriate, or to relinquish it when appropriate. He wants to experience all that life has to offer, and particularly enjoys sharing the things he loves with people he loves. Looking good in a pair of tight jeans is a big plus (**grin**).
