It might happen this way... You see my cheesy smile and decide to email me. Then I email you back. We find we have a lot in common, or maybe we don't, but we find each other interesting. We decide to talk on the phone. Neither of us says anything crazy. It looks promising. We agree to meet. We go somewhere original. Or to Starbucks. Neither of us shows up 20 years older, 30 lbs. heavier or with a monkey on a leash. We exhale. I like the look of you. You like the look of me. And it isn't awkward at all. The conversation is easy. And normal. But in a very exciting way. And that's how it might possibly maybe happen. Unless, of course, I email you first. Then we'd have to switch the beginning around. But you get the idea.

I am also intellectually very curious. I am intensely interested in truth and harbor a deep fascination for logic (not that I am always logical, mind you). People who default to politically correct positions are to me largely uninterested and uninteresting conformists.

My friends and even people I've just met tell me I am a "wickid brainiac" - but this is only because they are sage enough to recognize it:) Well...it could happen! But if I am, it is only because there is almost nothing I haven't pondered or experienced empirically in my travels.

A subtle penchant for the polemical, I love discussing current events. A good debate is very sexy, er, with the right person...otherwise it is just totally stimulating! To disagree without being disagreeable is to me a mark of the highest character and good breeding.

That's a bit about how I exercise my mind. My body I exercise just as vigorously. I enjoy going to the gym and do so several times a week. I am very open, honest, and a big believer in communication. It is very important for me to be able to speak openly and honestly with my significant other.
