Happiness is not Becoming; it is being and that mainly comes from self-realization . :-)

Generally, everyone using the mind and wisdom which are the gifts from the God (the Engineer of the Universe and the Creator of all creations), and using daily intellection, deep thinking and/or meditation to whatever God has created including the scientific laws of the Universe can also lead to the self-realization. :-)
