I've been told I should get some kind of award for being a female geek who's actually cute. I of course tell those people they're nuts.
I have interests that most consider way out of the mainstream. I love anime, music, play computer games, and like "guy movies" like action flicks and monster movies, but for the love of god no car movies please.
I have gotten into knitting, mainly scarves and belts for now, someday soon I will try socks.
I miss having the canvas and paints I used to have, but one day I'll have the money to paint again.
I've just finished up my associates degree at TCC and am working on getting my Microsoft certifications. I'm looking for someone close by to do stuff with. I just don't have the time to go to Dallas and goof off often. I start of with friendly and let things go from there, after all if you can't be friends what are you doing together? If its not there don't force it, ya know?
I've been playing Lord of the Rings Online since Beta, and love my home with the Old Timers Guild on Gladden. I've found I enjoy the diversity and challenge of the Minstrel class. The game doesn't have the cookie cutter classes most games out there have.
I go dancing a couple times a month in Dallas at The Church. I enjoy the Industrial music and it fits my dance style.
I'm of Irish decent and have red hair. I'll let that be the warning sign on me and my temper, even though I do try to see both sides to any issue. It takes a while to get me riled up, but it can happen. *grin*
I need people around me that can make me laugh and I can share jokes with. Life without laughing isn't for me. I also want someone who wants to try new things, from food to movies to things to do. I like my men to be taller than me, at my height thats easy. If you're in the 6 foot range, no problem. I've found most people are about the same height sitting down. Send me a message!
