I am a down to earth, good hearted educator seeking an intelligent, honest and compassionate woman for friendship and possible LTR. Must like animals and have a sense of humor. Enjoys the simply joys which life can bring. A woman that is comfortable in jeans or a dress. I am seeking a Lady that wants to walk beside a man. As for drama...don't need anymore...I teach 7th graders...get enough at school. Before that worked in the Health Care field in patient support. Also worked for four years with a Hospice and facilitated support groups.

I am not seeking the “perfect woman” for I am not the “perfect man”. Rather looking for some one who is able to accept me as I am….the good and the flaws….as I will accept her. She has been found. And is the Light of my Life.

Grew up in the St. Louis area, but have lived in a variety of locations in the midwest from Chicago to small (one stop sign) town, to medium size cities. Now reside in the desert....go figure? Live close enough to the Hualappi Mountains for the occassional hike.

Enjoy the fine arts - theater and museums.

Regarding musical taste....from the Classics to New Age. Really enjoy Native American Flute music. (My students tolerate it. LOL)

Favorite Movie: Dances With Wolves and the Lord of the Rings (have the director's cut of both.)

Favorite Books: The Da Vince Code, Anatomy of the Spirit, and the Chronicles of Narnia (Thought it was going to be LOTR didn't you.)

Dummest and most enjoyable thing I ever did - started making picture frames from scratch. That includes cutting the wood molding and the mates for the artwork. (Hint: Don't talk to me while I'm cutting glass and cover your ears if the glass breaks wrong.)

Nicest thing to do: Cuddling while watching a movie or listening to music.
