I am an outdoorsy type of guy who loves to have fun and try new things. I love to play softball during the summer months and even though I am 44 yrs old, I still play with the teenagers on my team and can actually keep up with them. I am the pitcher on the teams I play with and my jersey number is the best..#17!! I am also an ASA sanctioned umpire. I also have been doing hog roasts for 26 years and I say that I cook the meanest hog this side of the Arctic Circle!! I was raised on a dairy farm which taught me many values. When something needs to be done, do it and do it right. I enjoy making people laugh and really love to see you smile. I am an "eye guy" which means that the eyes are what draws me to you. The eyes are the windows to the soul and they seldom lie about who you really are. I have quick wit and love word games. I tell many jokes and laugh genuinely. I like to mess around with wood and do some carving. I pay attention to detail and strive for accuracy in my projects. I am an honest guy who loves to help anyone. I once pulled over on a side street and took the shovel from an elderly lady and shoveled the snow from her driveway. The cookies I received for payment (which she insisted that I take!) were the best! I am a hopeless romantic and love private times with that someone special.

I would wish to meet a woman who is independant but has a need to depend on me. One who is not afraid to show and express love. One who likes to flirt with people but who knows who her man is and lets everyone know it. One who loves to do things with me, yet also has her own agenda of things she likes to do and wants me to be there with her on some of them. Being able to listen to the good things and the bad and also shares her good and bad times with me. If she has a great sense of humour and laughs genuinely would be a huge plus.
