In the morning, let the sun shine in your eyes. Just lay there feel its warmth envelope you like a cotton candy cloud on your tongue melting, dissolving, sweetly giving way to solidity. Disappear into the softness of the mess of the disheveled life you lay in. Let the covers surround you only for a moment...then admit your defeat when you realize its Monday...:)

Underneath the willow tree I sit with my face buried in my hands.
Fragile tears trail these cheeks leaving their salty stain upon my skin.
Lacking the words to describe to you why I feel so numb.
Discouraged
Misled
Loathing myself for letting you see my weakness.
When for so long you were my strength.
Now all you offer is a confused expression on your face.
Hostility is in your voice when you speak those words that are jumbling inside my head.
I dont want to listen anymore.
I just want to sit here in my own haste and watch the orange horizon fade to black.
