In trying to write about one's self to get attention and stand out from all the other profiles here can be a bit intimidating – wouldn't you agree? But here goes...I try to live each day with an open mind and do believe the glass is half full – always. The life you don't live is still lost – wouldn't you agree? So I try to always remain a positive minded person, open and friendly, caring and compassionate, affectionate, romantic and passionate. I feel that one can ever have to many friends, a piece of advice my father once gave me many years ago, and still live by it today. So in being on here I am looking for that one special person to share all of life and love with, but can always accept the odds of possibly just becoming friends with someone. It is still a special gift to share friendship with another.

Even though I am a large man doesn't necessarily mean that I am not active. I walk daily for exercise and enjoyment, love to ride my mountain bike when I get a chance too, enjoy cooking – specially when I can treat someone to my recipes, love a good movie and, yes, I LOVE to snuggle while watching one at home with my special someone. I believe in holding hands, opening doors, gentle kisses, warm hugs and PDA's. I have to many varied interests to list them all here and possibly bore you so I would be happy to share more with you later.

I believe in honesty, trust and monogamy first and foremost in any relationship. I can be a bit shy at first but will open up fairly quickly once I feel comfortable talking with someone. Communication is important to me and would hope that my partner would always be open with me. I DO WANT to hear about your day, your feelings, your dreams, anything. If you can't share with another, especially on the deepest levels, a relationship won't work or last. Also, being able to find a sense of humor in every day life is a plus, I believe. Laughter, as The Readers Digest column says, is “The Best Medicine” and I truly believe this. Being able to laugh at yourself is incredibly healthy and finding humor around you makes life so much more fun. Fun, good cook, romantic, passionate – what more could you ask for. :)
