I recently moved to the area for school and would love to make some new friends and see what happens from there . I am a very social creature and am looking forward to expanding my circle!

In my spare time, I like to go swing dancing, skiing, running, going outdoors for any reason at all, or kicking back and watching some TV (Scrubs, Greys!, The Office...) with my friends. I love doing new things and I will try anything once. Get me out of my comfort zone and I'm sure we'll have a blast! By far, my favorite part of my apartment is the kitchen -- I love to cook, especially big meals for friends!

I'm in the Air Force, which means that I collect a paycheck to wear my uniform to class and stay in shape. I love what I do and I love helping people. I feel great satisfaction in giving to others and leaving things better than I found them... I guess that's why I decided to go into medicine and into the military. In undergrad I was involved in a few service organizations and I would like to continue that here in DC.

Most of the time, I try not to take things too seriously; a good sense of humor will go a long way with me. As will good communication skills. Each day is what you make of it, in my opinion. As such, I try to go though each day with a positive attitude and a smile; this not only makes things much more pleasant for me but (hopefully) for those around me as well.

I love to travel -- I'm working on filling up my passport, keeping fluent-ish in French, and maybe learning a new language (I went to Paris last year and would love to go back!). Next stop: Italy, S. Korea, Turkey, Iceland??

Overall, I am a good guy with integrity, intelligence, and values. I've got a lot to offer and am very generous -- I am more than willing to compromise and would do anything for someone that I care about.   Send me a message!
