Brief blurb, ha! I'm never brief. I love to write and the more words, the better!

In the past I've not been much of a risk-taker, but I'm working to change that. There are so many things I'd like to do—I think I just need the right people to motivate me. I would love to travel the world and see the places where tourists don't go—the paths less taken if you will. On the other hand, I NEED to see Hawaii at least once. I want to entrust my life to a parachute just once, and prove that people who scuba dive the coral reefs aren't normally attacked by harpoon-toting drug lords. ;o)

I have no preconceptions of what makes "the perfect date"—it's not so much what you're doing, but who you're with that matters. I like wacky stuff so surprise me!

I have a dry wit and enjoy sarcasm, and I don't think vulgarity is necessary to make people laugh.

I have a tender heart for animals--reptiles need not apply--but allergies restrict my pet choices to Poodles and rats (my parents have the Poodle, and I have the rats). My motto is "Love me, love my dog/rat" so hopefully you like little yappers and nibblers too, but no worries if not—they grow on ya. :o)
